The digital transformation brings with it the heating up of the IT market and causes a strong dependence between society and technology. Due to the growth in demand, the requirement for new professionals to supply the needs in this segment is imminent, however, finding these professionals ready and prepared is still far from becoming a reality. The only way out is the massive investment in the training and qualification of these professionals.
Nowadays, the demand of young people for areas related to information technology is still not able to guarantee that the demand for professionals will be met in the future.
In order to make the area more attractive and meet the growing demand, technology companies invests in alternatives that can attract young people and awaken interest in this segment through initiatives, such as relaxed environments, flexible schedules, stripped dress codes, etc. Once awakened by this market, polished through a vast training plan and the desired certifications, this young person will be able to glimpse achievements never imagined before.
The technology market, by definition, focuses on solving problems, either through an automation tool or simply in the response time of a financial transaction, either in the provision of an innovative device or in the robotic service of a call center. The professionals inserted in this environment need to demonstrate resilience and adjust themselves in the project which they’re inserted.
On the other hand, the gap between the layers of society, disproportionately limits the access and awakening of young people of class C, D and E to this world, so that is increasingly distant from their eyes. The big corporations' solution to this equation is perhaps so bright that it blinds the most brilliant strategist.
The internet is flooded with content so that young people can get the technical knowledge necessary to start their professional life in IT. Practical guides, documentation, free training are easily found and serve as a basis for those who are interested. Thus, technically qualified professionals don’t necessarily need specific academic training and can avail themselves of certifications from renowned bodies that qualify them to skip positions of specialists in certain technologies.
Developing a broad project that includes, educates, meets demands and feeds the economic wheel, doesn’t seem, in this way, something unattainable.
