EXECUTION
On-site, we lead Project and Construction Management with a relentless focus on schedule, cost control, and risk mitigation, ensuring strict QA/QC, HSE, and contract governance. We coordinate subcontractors, General Contractors (GCs), and critical vendors, acting as the primary liaison with the client to meet all project conditions. As Owner’s Engineer (OE), we safeguard scope and requirements through rigorous change control and design adherence. Furthermore, as the Commissioning Authority (CxA), we plan, witness, and approve all testing phases (FAT/SAT/IST), guaranteeing a safe commissioning process and a seamless handover with auditable as-built documentation

Project Management
Definition: Strategic and technical coordination of all disciplines involved in Data Center development, ensuring rigorous control over scope, schedule, and quality.
Our scope includes:
Integrated Scheduling & Control: Comprehensive timeline management to ensure milestones are met.
Stakeholder Management: Oversight of General Contractors (GCs), specialized vendors, and design teams.
Technical Deliverable Control: Ensuring all engineering outputs meet project specifications.
Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of project-specific risks.
Scope & Change Management: Strict control over project boundaries and formal change-order processes.
Financial Management: Budget tracking, payment certification, and measurement approvals.
Our Project Management ensures that Data Center development is structured, integrated, and fully aligned with the project’s technical and strategic objectives
Construction Management
Definition: Technical supervision of the Data Center construction phase, ensuring compliance with the design, building quality, and operational safety, including:
Field inspection of civil, electrical, and mechanical works;
Quality control and technical compliance;
Monitoring of the physical schedule;
Management of interdisciplinary interfaces.
Construction Management ensures that the critical infrastructure is deployed with technical excellence, reducing the risks of future failures
Commissioning (CxA)
Definition: Data Center Commissioning is a structured and systematic process for validating critical infrastructure, ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and automation systems operate as designed before going live.
The process includes multiple verification and testing stages, such as:
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): Inspection and testing of critical equipment at the factory, validating technical compliance before shipping to the site.
SAT (Site Acceptance Test): Tests performed after field installation to verify assembly and initial integration.
Commissioning Levels (L0 to L5/L6): Comprehensive verification from factory to integrated systems.
Commissioning ensures that the Data Center meets the availability, redundancy, and performance requirements defined in the design, reducing operational risks and guaranteeing a safe and reliable startup.
Owner’s Engineer (OE)
Definition: Owner’s Engineering in Data Center projects is an independent technical role that represents the interests of the investor or operator during the design, procurement, and construction phases. It ensures that critical infrastructure is deployed according to the project’s technical, operational, and strategic premises.
The scope includes:
Technical review of designs and engineering specifications;
RFP (Request for Proposal) development for critical systems, equipment, and infrastructure procurement;
Technical support for procurement and contracting processes;
Technical bid leveling and comparative analysis of vendors;
Validation of CAPEX premises and adherence to the contracted scope;
Technical monitoring of execution and interface with designers, construction firms, and General Contractors (GC);
Project and construction management;
Strategic decision-making support throughout implementation.
Owner’s Engineering guarantees technical control, risk mitigation, and alignment between investment, engineering, and operations, ensuring that the Data Center is implemented with quality, predictability, and adherence to industry best practices.
