For three years the project manager has worked with many agencies (including the Office of Public Health and Safety, Marion County Community Corrections, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Track Group, Motorola, Indiana University research staff, and various community-based organizations) to coordinate efforts and successfully execute the project (scope, deadline and costs).
